Having an Eternal Perspective

Brother Colby Neilson

Bishopric Second Counselor

I just wanted to share some thoughts I had from my talk on Sunday August 23rd.

Having an Eternal Perspective

  • perspective involves thinking about the things that matter most. The things that matter most aren't things.

They are relationships with Jesus Christ, family, friends, how we treat one another, how we serve one another, looking for the good in situations and having hope. Letting our hope lead us to doing what is necessary to keep the spirit close which builds our faith.

I know that once we can grasp this idea, we will be happier and be able to better handle our hardships.
