Sunday Meetings:

  • 7:30-9AM | WARD & STAKE COUNCIL LEADERSHIP MEETING | All Bishoprics, Branch Presidencies, Elders Quorum, Relief Society, Sunday School, Young Men, Young Women, and Primary Presidencies and Secretaries are to attend.

  • 10AM-12PM | GENERAL SESSION | All members of the stake are invited and encouraged to attend. In addition to the stake center, the meeting will be broadcast to the Telegraph Chapel, and via this YouTube streaming link.

6-7PM - | WORLDWIDE DEVOTIONAL FOR YOUNG ADULTS FOR NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA AREAS | Elder Jeffrey R. Holland and Sister Patricia T. Holland will address young adults (ages 18–30). Young Adults (18-30) & High School Seniors are invited to attend in person at the Burns Arena.

12PM | ST GEORGE TABERNACLE EVENT | The Legacy Lecture Series - The Legacy Lecture Series will continue this month in the St. George Tabernacle basement. The featured guest speaker will again be Ron Thompson, former Washington County Water Conservancy district manager. He has accepted an encore performance to continue providing information to help us understand our ongoing water issues and challenges. The speaker is responsible for the content of this presentation. No Church endorsement is stated or implied.

7PM | ST GEORGE TABERNACLE EVENT | Scrap Iron Ramblers (aka “Old Time Fiddlers”) - A favorite of the St. George Tabernacle audiences will return to entertain us. Their group consists of members of both Idaho and Utah Old Time Fiddlers. Come enjoy a fun, toe-tapping evening with us as the Scrap Iron Ramblers perform Latter-day Saint pioneer dance music.

Jan 15th | FAST SUNDAY | To allow everyone to properly focus on their fast, and to make it a meaningful and spiritually uplifting fast Fast Sunday has been rescheduled.

January 21 | ST GEORGE TABERNACLE EVENT | The Reid Family Band - The Don and Glenda Reid family have been performing at many local events for several decades. They were part of The Dallas Mangum Band until Dallas’s passing and have since continued entertaining under their own name with their children, Logan and Sasha. They will put a little “pop” into some old-time favorites and a little “country western” into some of today’s pop. Come and enjoy one of our local favorites and, incidentally, two of the Southwest Utah Historic Sites missionaries!
