Dearest Ward family,
You should have all received an email from President Carnavale today regarding the reopening of the chapel to use for Sacrament meeting. Please find and read that email. If you have any questions please contact your ministering brothers or sisters.
Here it is in a nutshell:
We will meet for Sacrament meeting only.
Everyone is encouraged to attend during the appropriate time slot. That would be by your last name. We went through the ward list and tried to keep it as balanced as we could with no more than 80 people per group. So those with the last name A-J will come at 9:00, K-P at 10:30, and Q-Z at noon.
You are strongly encouraged to wear face masks.
Those in the high-risk category are encouraged to be wise in their decision to come or not. We know that many of you want to join with us but will be unable.
Sacrament will be available on a case-by-case basis. Each person or family that decides to stay home should contact me for permission to do the Sacrament.
Following each meeting, members that have volunteered (or been invited to) will stay to disinfect the building. Water fountains will be shut off and only one bathroom will be available.
There may be some who want to attend all three meetings to see all their friends but we ONLY be holding sacrament meeting right now to limit exposure as much as possible.
Please remember that we will not be congregating as groups in the foyers or chapel. Social distancing is still very important.
Brothers and sisters, please contact each of your ministering families personally to make sure they understand what is happening. I can't wait to see you. I hope that you have all been keeping your religion in your hearts and living it in your homes during this time. I love you all and pray for you!
Love,
Bishop Keeler
