I have the tendency so often to look back and see all that I could have, and should have done and get down on myself. These thoughts and feelings do not come from The Savior, they come from Satan. We can all learn from the past, but let's try not to dwell on it. Our Heavenly Father wants us to be happy not dwell on the past.
