We have learned a lot about making good choices and trying to follow Jesus’ example. Along with this, we need to understand that making good choices doesn’t always make all of our troubles and trials go away right away. Often we must continue on through our struggle. Trials and hardships help us grow and become stronger. Heavenly Father will help us be strong through these trials when we have faith in Him. And He has given us Prophets to help us also.
As we sing “Follow the Prophet” we learn of how prophets have helped people throughout the scriptures to overcome their trials and tribulations.
We are all facing a new kind of trial lately. Having to stay at home, missing school, not being able to see our friends, and the closure of our churches could possibly be very difficult for many people. It has gone on for a long time and could possibly go on for an undetermined amount time still. If this is hard for us, we need to remember to have faith and let Heavenly Father and Jesus comfort us through the Holy Ghost.
I love you all and miss you bunches! I look forward to seeing you all soon and hearing your sweet voices singing again.
