Many people are quick to condemn themselves because of their own unworthiness. Yet the Savior's Atonement extends to everyone. As we sing this hymn, we express our gratitude for the great gift of the Atonement, which far exceeds anything we can do to deserve it. We acknowledge our weaknesses and at the same time pledge our faith and everlasting gratitude.
